We stand behind every boost, level, and coaching session. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Eligibility
Refunds are processed in full for orders that have not yet been started by a booster. For orders already in progress, refunds may be issued on a pro-rated basis at the discretion of our support team. Completed orders are reviewed case-by-case.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team using the contact form, by email, or via our Discord. Include your order ID and a brief reason for the request. Our team reviews every refund request and responds within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Most refunds clear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you have any concern with an order, please contact our support team before filing a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve issues directly and faster than your bank can.
